Very informative link.
So, we should resize 720x DV footage to 640x480 when using computer generated graphics(square pixels)
I am confused because when rerendering to 720x486 for output to video again won't there be a loss in image accuracy?
Also, should I resample the footage before using in AE, so there will be faster rendering times.

no. like the guys says in his article, ae does all of this for you (automatically). things go wrong when you import your footage incorrectly.
